Terms and Conditions

Hotels are listed in the applicable section of the pages. Unless otherwise specified,
all rooms
are "run of the house". Giani Travel reserves the right to replace hotels with
similar class hotels without prior notice to participants. The operator using
government ratings classifies hotels.
Accommodations are based on two people sharing a twin-bedded room with private
bath or shower. Air conditioning is available at most 4 stars or higher hotels.
Overnight accommodations for fit and groups.
All hotels are registered by the Minister of Tourism.
Transfers: Giani Travel representatives and vehicles meet you at the
airport upon arrival,
handle hotel check-in/out get your first impression about hotel to solve any
immediate problems shortly after arrival. Our service ends by transferring you
back to the airport including airline check- in and 2 visits weekly during your
stay in case of any requirements while your stay. We also handle other requests
including injury, loss etc.
Ground transportation: Ground transportation is provided in accordance
with the itinerary by private car, van, minibus, midi bus or motor coach depending
on the size of the group.
Meals: They are indicated on each itinerary. Continental or buffet
breakfast daily at your hotel. Lunch or dinner daily at selected popular restaurants
or hotels.All lunches and dinners at hotels
or restaurants include only mineral water. All the drinks are available, at
extra cost.
Guiding: Giani Travel handles English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic,
Russian, Greek, oItalian, Japanese, Chinese speaking guides who have the excellent
knowledge of the history
and the land services.
Excursions: Giani Travel arranges daily sightseeing tours and excursions
upon request
including transportation, local guide and entrance fees. Lunch can also be added
by picking
up from the hotel and back.
Giani Travel representatives: Giani Travel will arrange a representative
to connect
you with our office for any additional services you may require during your
vacation.
Child reduction: If not specified, 0-2 Age free, 3-12 age 50% sharing
rooms with
their parents.
Air transportation: Air & Land packages are based on non-refundable
air fares used in conjunction with Giani Travel ground services and cancellations
may result in penalties.
Please consult your travel agent or the airline for the applicable penalties
and/or restrictions.
If passengers purchase non-refundable air tickets, Giani Travel cannot be
responsible in
the event a tour is cancelled.
Reservations and deposits: Please reserve your tour as early as possible,
group size is
limited. Minimum $200 per person deposit is required at the time of booking
for most tours
with final payment due upon arrival in most cases, but we reserve the right
to cancel a
reservation and assess penalties if payment is not received by the agreed upon
due date.
Change and cancellation fees may apply.
Not included: Air transportation if not specified; airport departure
taxes; port taxes;
passport expenses; visas; laundry, wines, liquor, mineral water, and items of
a
personal nature; items not on regular menus; optional sightseeing or services
not
included in the itinerary; excess baggage charges, health, accident, baggage
and trip
cancellation insurance; tipping for personal service; gratuity to guide and
driver or other
items not mentioned as included.
Insurance: Giani Travel is not responsible or liable for loss, damage
or theft of personal
luggage and other belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness. We
urge you to
check with your insurance carrier or travel agent in your home country about
purchasing
additional insurance to cover luggage, personal effects, accident and health.
We strongly recommend you obtain cancellation insurance.
Credit Card payments: Giani Travel accepts major credit cards ( Visa,
Master Card and American Express) for final payment for all programs. Credit
Card charges will only be
processed upon submission of a completed Giani Travel Credit Card Form with
the imprint
of your credit card, your signature, billing address and home telephone number.
Tour Documents: Tour documents will be issued approximately 14 days
before departure, providing full payment has been received. Where payment is
received within 14 days.
Important notice: During the national and local holidays, certain periods
of conventions, congresses and other unforeseen events, the Tour Operator may
have to make last minute changes(subsequent to issuance of final itinerary)
in the sequence of the tour. Tours that
operate during holiday periods maynecessitate changes in hotels and sightseeing.
As museums schedules change, other visits may be substituted on days museums
are closed.
Airline cause: The IATA Carriers and other transportation companies
featured here are
not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event while passengers
are on board
for their respective conveyance. The passenger contract in use by these companies
when
issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the tour member.
Giani Travel does not assume responsibility for cancellation fees Apex or special
fares
due to changes in itinerary or departure.
Entrance requirements: A valid passport and a visa are required for
entry into the country. Please consult the consulate in your country for visa
requirements.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be received in writing and signed
by the tour
participant. In the event that a tour participant cancels his or her booking,
the following fees become payable: There will be no cancellation fee if the
cancellation is actually received in writing by Giani Travel more than 35 days
prior to departure. If your notice is received
within 30 days, the following fees apply;

Cruises: Accommodations are per description in the programs. Cruise
lines and cruise
ships may be substituted and itineraries slightly altered.
Claims: Typewritten claims must be received within 30 days after scheduled
return date.
